Status report for Jan 31th

1. Updated slides for IndianaMashup project with Marlon Pierce and will use this as a abstraction to write a article for Journal of terrestrial Observation.

2. Discussed with Marlon Pierce about the plan of this semester including four parts:

• Work with Ahmet Sayar on scientific plotting overlays (contour plots, vector maps) and
  try to get his Dislin contour plot service of California integrated with a California version of my service.
• Try to find county web map server for California, such as ESRI, OGC and start building a cache server for these as we did for Indiana state.
• Add more functions for map collaboration tools and fix the bugs.
• Try to add some dynamic or read time display of map features.
